The bar team at Nobu Dubai will host a special collaboration with Shingo Gokan this weekend. Here, guests can enjoy four signature cocktails and two meticulously crafted mocktails designed exclusively for this event. Shingo Gokan, celebrated worldwide for his bartending prowess, has created a unique menu that includes offerings like Shibuya (Bombay Sapphire gin, SG Shochu MUGI, tomato, osmanthus, and yuzu) and Okinawa (Bacardi 8 rum, Kokuto de Lequio, Campari, passionfruit, and orange wine). The à la carte Nobu bar menu will also be available throughout the evening. Friday 25 August, from 9pm to midnight. Signature cocktails are priced from AED 75.

Gather your Barbie's and Ken's for a night of roller-skating revelry at RollDXB this weekend. The venue will be transformed with neon illuminations, sparkling disco balls, and infectious tunes, paying homage to the nostalgia of Barbie. Come dressed in your pinkest Barbie-inspired attire, and you could win a prize. Available on 25, 26, and 27 August, from 11am to 11pm.

The Barbie-themed pool party at La Piscina is your ultimate ticket to unwind in true superstar fashion. Nestled amid the palm trees enveloping Palazzo Versace Dubai's East pool, La Piscina will be transformed into a Barbie world this weekend. Enjoy the sun-soaked setting while capturing Insta-worthy photos amidst the specially designed Barbie-themed decor. Delight your taste buds with a Barbie-inspired menu, perfectly complemented by unlimited beverages and music from live DJs. Saturday, 26 August, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 150 (ladies) and AED (gents).

Head to the races... for brunch 

The Social Brunch is a limited-time brunch experience at The Coterie that will transport you to a day at the races. Crafted from locally sourced ingredients, the brunch menu includes battered fish n' chips, glazed chicken poppers, grain-fed steak tartare and Marmite roasties, complemented by cocktails and a selection of refreshing beverages. The brunch experience is accompanied by live music and 19 high-definition screens, where virtual horse races take centre stage each week. As part of the brunch package, guests receive tokens to partake in "dine and win" excitement based on the race winners. Children can venture downstairs to indulge in the facilities at Precision Football. Saturdays from 1pm to 4:30pm.
