The wellness concept also hosts pop-ups across the capital.

Abu Dhabi’s wellness scene continues to evolve, and the latest addition is Form Studio — the capital’s first dedicated Lagree space. Located on Saadiyat Island, this sleek new studio focuses on mindful movement, offering a fresh take on fitness that balances strength, stability and community.

Founded by Emirati sisters Salama and Aysha, Form Studio was created with the belief that transformation goes beyond the physical. It’s a space designed to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing — all anchored in the low-impact, high-intensity Lagree method.

Form Studio

The studio offers a variety of Lagree and deep stretch classes, all led by expert instructors. Each session is designed to build muscular endurance, enhance core strength, and improve flexibility, without putting stress on the joints. The space is also equipped with the Microformer, making the Lagree method more accessible for newcomers.

But Form Studio goes beyond its four walls. In addition to its in-house sessions, it also hosts pop-up classes at some of the city’s most unique venues. Currently, you can catch a class underwater at the Abu Dhabi National Aquarium. Next month, the experience moves to the Bassam Freiha Art Foundation, blending fitness with creativity in a way that feels distinctly Abu Dhabi.

Form Studio

With a focus on community, wellness, and mindful movement, Form Studio is quickly becoming a go-to destination for those looking to move with intention. So, if you want to stretch out or connect with a like-minded community, this is where you should be.
