Try the Équilibre Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Dubai
Created by Paris-based Michaël Bartocetti and Dubai’s Nicolas Lambert, Équilibre is a refined afternoon tea at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Inspired by balance and the poetry of the forest, the experience begins with Darjeeling Sparkling Tea, followed by a Savoury Selection that includes a lobster roll with bisque and watercress mayo, tapioca arancini with Parmesan and lime, and a truffled mimosa tartelette. A cacao and ginger raviole bridges the flavours to a sweet course of Paris-Brest Cazette Vanille, Tarte Bourdaloue with pear and green cardamom, Tarte Chocolat et Vanille Fumée, Charlotte Framboise et Verveine, and Baba Citron, Menthe et Basilic, before a warm citrus fougasse finale. Dine on caviar snacks at Mandarin Oriental
Beluga Bar & Restaurant debuts a playful caviar snack menu by Executive Chef Giovanni Papi, serving luxury in bite-sized form. Highlights include Not Another Chicken Nugget with flaked sturgeon and Imperial caviar, Baby Potato with sour cream and Royal Baerii, Beluga Bruschetta with girolles and truffle cheese, Sardinian arancini, the Caviar Oyster with Fine de Claire and Sicilian red prawn, and the Beluga Burrata Bomb. For something heartier, try the Caviar Pizzetta with Wagyu tartare and Oscietra, wild-smoked salmon with crème fraîche and Imperial caviar, buttered brioche Caviar Rolls, or an A5 Wagyu steak slider. Dine at Yubi Handroll Bar
7 Management has collaborated with acclaimed chef Reif Othman for the region’s first homegrown handroll bar, located on 25 Jump Street. Influenced by Japanese street culture and hip-hop, the restaurant combines music, fashion, and design to create an experience that feels creative and instantly Instagrammable. Expect counter seating for handrolls crafted to order, a slick soundtrack, and a menu that extends to salads, sashimi, nigiri, and hot Japanese bites, perfectly paired with cocktails and sake from the licensed bar.

Tuck into a cross-cultural breakfast
Two neighbourhood favourites unite for a limited-run breakfast that blends feeling and flavour. From Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 November, Khadak and 21grams present a collaborative menu served at Khadak from 8am to 11:30am, and at 21grams all day from 8am to 5pm, with dishes priced from AED 42 to AED 88. Standouts include Radio Café Kheema Burek, a meeting of Bombay street-style mutton kheema and flaky Balkan pastry, and Raan Komplet, a take on Serbia’s beloved breakfast with tender pulled raan, cheese, and a fried egg. Sweet finishes range from Gajar Halwa with fig and raisin compote to Ras Malai Sutlijas, a playful fusion of two milk-based classics.

Elevate your Sunday dining experience with the new Sunday roast at The Spaniel on Bluewaters Island. Led by Chef Will Stanyer, this traditional roast features a selection of either Roast Beef (AED 135), Half Chicken (AED 125), Lamb Shank (AED 135), or Baked Celeriac (AED 95). FZN by Björn Frantzén has unveiled its second seasonal tasting menu. Diners will begin in a chic Nordic-style lounge with canapés, before a guided house tour leads to the dining room. The nine-course menu features standout dishes such as Chawanmushi with Smoked Beef Broth and Bafun Uni, Turbot with Beurre Blanc and Frantzén Caviar, and signature dishes such as Langoustine with Koshihikari Rice. The experience ends with desserts like Matcha Waffles with Carrot Ice Cream and miso madeleines. With over 1,600 wine labels, guests can choose from wine, mixed, or non-alcoholic pairings.
