Design will play a central role in that experience. Sculptural forms, bespoke artworks created exclusively for the space, and layers of tactile, high-end materials come together to form a dramatic yet welcoming environment. By day, the restaurant will channel the poise and quiet confidence of Isabel; by night, it will shift into a more seductive, playful mood as the energy gathers around the iconic central bar. While the ceiling lights nod to Isabel Mayfair London, every other detail has been purposefully reinterpreted for the capital.
As for the menu, expect delectable options such as Seabass Ceviche, Stracciatella, Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, Slow-cooked Beef Short Ribs, and many more. Dessert lovers will be delighted by the signature Isabel crepes with chocolate and banana, Pistachio and peppercorn fondant with saffron ice cream and the Isabel’ Eton mess’.
The new venue is being launched in collaboration with London-based BNF Hospitality, led by CEO Scottie Bhattarai, and UAE operators Fuse Holding. Together, they aim to pair Isabel’s distinctive atmosphere with Abu Dhabi’s growing appetite for world-class, experience-driven dining. Bhattarai brings a global outlook and a strong appreciation for the local market, positioning Isabel Mayfair Abu Dhabi as a natural evolution for the brand.
