The porcelain brand opens its first café in the Middle East.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort has welcomed the first Cafe Ginori in the Middle East. Located in Abu Dhabi, the space showcases the Italian porcelain brand, Ginori 1735.

In 1753, Ginori 1735 was founded in Doccia, Tuscany. Marquis Carlo Ginori created the porcelain brand, which was inspired by the country’s art and culture. The aim was to promote a modern Renaissance through everyday moments, such as eating and drinking.

Now, Ginori 1735 is coming to The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in the form of Cafe Ginori. The sophisticated space, which overlooks the waters of Saadiyat Island, showcases the Domus home décor collection by Ginori 1735, from Ondori Azalea fabric cushions to delicate petal-toned wallpaper, each element has been curated to reflect the signature sophistication of both brands.

The all-day menu includes Italian-inspired dishes: Eggplant Parmigiana, Panzanella, Ribollita Soup, Truffle Arancini, Vitello Tonnato, and a sweet finish with Cannoli, Ricotta Tart, Sfogliatella and Tiramisu.
