Celebrate the Obon Festival 

Japanese restaurant, Hidemasa welcomes guests to celebrate the annual Obon Festival this weekend. To kick off the celebrations, diners can enjoy edamame with sea salt, fresh sake carpaccio or a lightly seared beef tataki for appetisers. Elsewhere, expect sushi, sashimi, crispy hyokomame gyoza and grilled lemongrass chicken. For the main course, those celebrating can savour tasty platters featuring saikyo miso marinated black cod or savoury agedashi tofu. For dessert, a matcha tiramisu with orange sorbet or creamy coconut tapioca pudding will be offered.

Treat yourself to a Sunday roast

If you’re looking for a real taste of home, look no further than the traditional Sunday roast at McCafferty’s.
