Expect Short Ribs, Red Jareesh, Taste of Najd specialities, a succulent Smoked Lamb Leg with dukka and dates, and steaming Mutabaq Najdi served fresh from the pass. The buffet is available on 23 September and is priced at SAR 320 per person.
