An Abu Dhabi institution, the elegant and contemporary Park Bar & Grill has reopened after a brief hiatus with an exciting pop-up concept fusing the very best of Mexican and Japanese cuisines. The new experience offers a taste of two distinct cultures renowned for bombastic flavours and premium products that have been intrinsically linked over hundreds of years.
Taking sushi and the omakase concept of allowing the chef to decide upon the dishes, robust Japanese flavours are fused with vibrant Mexican ingredients, creating a memorable and altogether unique dining experience. The new concept combines contemporary Mexican and Japanese cooking techniques and offers up tempting charcoal-grilled meats and a fresh seafood menu.
Mixology will be at the forefront of The Park Bar & Grill experience with a carefully selected range of sake, mescal and Japanese whisky, alongside classic cocktails with an innovative twist. The Park Bar and Grill reopens Tuesdays to Saturdays from 24 June, from 5pm to 12am.
