Bord Eau

For the uninitiated, Bord Eau welcomes diners to a sophisticated space with high ceilings and French windows that look out to the picturesque Khor Al Maqta Canal. Here, dishes are artfully plated, with the talented culinary team putting together a menu that presents a myriad of textures, flavours and colours. Elsewhere, weekly operations at Bord Eau will commence from 28 October, with the outlet serving dinner exclusively every Friday and Saturday. Seasonality will be drawn into further focus as seasoned chefs prepare a charcuterie table ideal for grazing before moving on to the main course, both complemented by the best of celebrated French vineyards.
